Hello! I'm Tahnee, owner and trainer at Sea Lion Way. I have 10 years of animal training experience starting out with dolphins and sea lions. Let me tell you something about working with 400-pound predators, you can't make them do anything they don't want to do. Positive reinforcement opens a path of communication with animals that allows us to work together. It sounds like hocus pocus but it's really all based in the science of classical and operant conditioning.

What to expect:

When I meet you and your pet, I will be gathering information on your pet's health, environment, routine, past experiences, likes, and dislikes. Then we will build a foundation of positive reinforcement communication and I will coach you through a custom training plan. Behavior is complex, which is why we will work together as a team to reach your goals. I will be relying on you to do your homework and give me feedback on training successes or failures. Together we can work towards a happier family, the sea lion way.
